Abysse does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange or Store credit only policy.

Domestic US Sales Policy

If you purchase the wrong size item and you would like to exchange it, the request has to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Based on the date of your request, you will be given the option to return your purchase for an exchange, under the circumstances that the size you require is available, or a store credit if this size is not available, as per the guidelines below.

We gladly accept returns for exchange on all items only when received in new condition (excluding sale items) with tags and hygienic liners in place. All sale items, including clearance items and items purchased with promotional discount codes are not eligible for exchange. 

Please email contact@abysseofficial.com to notify us of your intention to exchange your order, make sure to include your invoice number and contact details, as well as information on the size of the product you would like to exchange.

After receiving approval for your exchange or store credit, please package your suit securely and send it back to the provided address, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS ON SALE ITEMS INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

When returning your item, please note the following:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer pays for return shipping on exchanges
  • Outbound shipping on exchanges is free of charge
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original condition 
  • All suits must be returned with tags attached and hygienic liners in place
  • Package securely same as received
  • All sales are final on sale items

Loss or Damage

Please note that Abysse is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.

Additionally, Abysse is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

International Sales Policy

Due to high shipping costs, we are not able to cover the cost of outbound shipping for exchanges on International orders.

As noted above, we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. 

Faulty Items

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the item will not be exchanged if the item has been wrongly damaged. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged. If your order is a faulty item, please make sure to email contact@abysseofficial.com to notify us of damaged goods. Please make sure to include your invoice number and contact detail, as well a description and photo of the damaged good.

 

Sale Items

Returns or refunds are not available on sales items.
