Instant Win Comp Terms
These official rules apply to the Abysse Instant Win Comp (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these rules.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Promoter
The Promotion is run by Abysse, 2110 South El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672, USA ("Abysse"). Contact: contact@abysseofficial.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Abysse and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion starts on November 1, 2026 at 12:00 am Pacific Time and ends on November 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time, or earlier if the maximum number of prizes has been awarded.
4. How to enter
Enter by submitting your email address through the official Promotion signup form, including forms shown in Abysse ads on Facebook and Instagram. Entry is free. Limit of one entry per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, false information, or automated or bulk methods will be disqualified.
5. How winners are chosen
This is an instant win promotion. Each eligible entry has an approximately 1 in 100 chance of winning, determined at random by our email system at the time of entry. Winners are notified by email within minutes of entering. Odds of winning do not depend on the number of entries received.
6. Prize
Each winner receives one Abysse Hawkins Bodysuit in the colourway and size of their choice, selected from styles available at full price on abysseofficial.com at the time of claim (approximate retail value US$200). Sale, archived and out-of-stock styles are excluded. A maximum of [MAX PRIZES] prizes will be awarded during the Promotion. Limit of one prize per person, household and shipping address. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. If the chosen colourway or size is no longer available, the winner may choose another available full-price Hawkins Bodysuit.
7. Claiming a prize
To claim, winners must reply to the winner email with their chosen colourway, size, full name, US shipping address and phone number within 7 days of notification. Abysse may verify a winner's identity and eligibility before shipping, and may decline any claim that shares a name, shipping address or phone number with a previous winning claim. Prizes not claimed within 7 days, or declined under these rules, are forfeited and will not be reawarded. Abysse will ship prizes free of charge within 14 business days of receiving complete claim details. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Offer for non-winning entries
Entrants who do not win receive a unique 10% off code by email. The code is valid for 30 days from the day it is sent, on orders over $100 (before shipping and taxes) at abysseofficial.com. One use per customer. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions and has no cash value.
9. Email marketing
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Abysse. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect a prize already won.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected is used to run the Promotion, deliver prizes and send marketing emails, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Facebook and Instagram
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta from any liability related to the Promotion.
12. General
Abysse may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent or breaches these rules. Abysse may modify, suspend or end the Promotion early if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, Abysse is not liable for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails, or technical failures. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Winners list
To request the first names and states of winners, email contact@abysseofficial.com within 60 days after the Promotion ends.
